  It’s a joke from art lebedev studio website. I tried to buy one to show off as a joke but they weren’t available to buy and stated when you get to the order screen as a joke. The Lebedev studio does really create some awesome stuff though like the optimus maximus keyboard. http://www.artlebedev.com/everything/optimus/
