  It’s a pedestrian bridge right next to the Town Hall square in a nice town called Tartu, Estonia. About half of those living in this town are students or related to the local university so it’s a true university town with lots of fun and academic aura. It’s one of the traditions among those students that every student must walk at least once over this bridge’s arc during their university years. Sometimes there’s police watching, but most of the time not. So from time to time students make all kinds of tricks on this arc. Looks like this time this student couple decided to have some more fun after some coke+rum. It’s a REALLY nice autumn here in Tartu at the moment with lots of colors. You should visit our town to see it.

  Actually it’s not that scary to get up there and walk across it at all as it’s like 2 meters wide. Students usually take this trip when they come from pubs and go to their hostels (buildings at the background). I haven’t heard that somebody has fallen down from there during last 20 years. I have taken this trip in quite drunken condition at winter time when the arc was partially covered with ice. Luckily nothing bad happened.
