Just because of their age doesn't mean that these old machines have outlived their usefulness. In many way.they are still more rugged and much more reliable than modern computers. I even have a Model 100 portable(with the bar code reader) that I still use to keep the stores here in Eastern Kentucky honest.Scares the HELL out of most store managers.(GOOD!) You would not believe how many prices are different between what the sticker on the shelf shows and what the bar code says..It keeps the gouging bastards on their toes.
