the “boring day at the office” means for the guy taking the pictures, not the subjects of the photo, who were obviously porking in their HOTEL ROOM.

Nice pictures, but that’s no office. What you are looking at is the Golden Tulip Hotel in Rotterdam, so the people having fun in the picture are tourists, not office workers. But still, they seem to have a good time. Good on them
