because this pic doesn’t prove that there is any electricity in the cables.
Yeah, that was my thought. I don’t think anyone would be that stupid. I know that the human capacity for stupidity is ever-increasing, since it’s illegal to kill retarded babies now, and modern medicine and other advances prevent idiots from killing themselves, but this pic is over the top. Can’t be any power to the line.
The strangest thing is that in both cases, it is clear that those involved have ‘thought’ about how to reduce the risk! They have not thought for more than a few seconds – or really regated the risk, yet they have still given it some thought!
