   Lip implants. Sometimes done tastefully (neither of these two count) and looks really sexy. But, as with most of the female body portrayed in the (usa) media, fake.

   Her “mole” is a mouche, french for a fly. A cosmetic dot used in the french aristocracy in the 1700′s to cover up syphilis wounds. Later it became a fashion symbol for every social class, and world spread.
   Marilyn Monroe, Madonna, and Cindy Crawford are famous for using mouches in their style.
