With some of the best Hospitals in the world, at the newly constructed Health Care City, free healthcare provided at a basic level to all immigrants (if you need something serious done then you gotta pay, but all companies are required to provide health insurance), Yearly reviews of the school system and some of the highest paid teachers in the world, who can blame them if they like to splash out on an $11Bn dollar canal! The pictures above by the way are mostly of the Madinat Resort. The Arabian Canal is an entirely different project. I can only assume that PCH has never been to Dubai.
