This is less a “rich” v “poor” pictures of China as it is “new, rising middle-class” v “newly moved in farmers”.

In all over the world you can see poor or rich people.But being dirty ,messy or strange is completely different with being poor or rich.
In my country(Iran) you can see the same somehow.But it is about culture and nothing else.
