    Rigged by Britney? I don’t think so! They’ve discluded every year, just about, BUT this year, even when she WAS the hottest thing on earth.

    More like rigged by Aguilera who ALWAYS makes the top ten somehow, and even placed number 1 a few years back. If Aguilera is the sexiest women in this world, are world was damn ugly at one point.
