Women in Caracas are also beautiful but they all look very much alike (there is no variety). The best women are in Argentina (Rosario should be ckecked by some, I found them even prettier there than in Buenos Aires) because there is a lot of variety, they all look beautiful and very feminine at the same time. They don't splash their faces with make up like the rest of latin american women do (especially in Brazil or Colombia) and they're ALL fit and thin. Just walking around in Buenos Aires and especially in Rosario is a feast for the eye, the women are all beautiful. It surprises me to read what the guy just before me wrote who says that women are "sexually repressed" in Buenos Aires (WTF???). Maybe you should just ask yourself if it's not you who is too ugly to get laid! I think you're just too young and that's the reason for what you wrote. Women tend to loosen themselves a bit after the age of 25 everywhere in this world (well, except in London where at the age of 16 they already slept with everyone!). And women are far from repressed, they're as open as the women that you would find in any western european country and much more open than women in Italy for example!
