Seems to be in Alaska.
I bet this bridge is somewhere in the himalayas. check 28°38′27.5N, 95°00′59.4E with google earth.
It’s got to be in Tibet
It is the bridge across the Hunza river near Passu in northern Pakistan. It is along the Karakoram highway a.k.a. old Silk road not far from K2.
