I consider myself a normal person. I have traveled all over the world and have had the privilege of meeting many women, beautiful and otherwise. Only a couple had fake (implants) breasts. Even men who consider themselves experts in this area admit it isn’t always easy to tell fake from real by just looking at them. The ONLY sure way is to feel them.
Some can look real and be fake and some can be fake and look real. It just depends on the skill of the plastic surgeon.

This list is terrible. Again, I could not agree more , if the boobs are fake keep them off the list. Even the few on this list that are real are nothing special. Start over from scratch.
