   They had to repave the ground after construction, but this job looks really bad. Usually when you tear up the ground to lay in new pipe, they do a better job, ie straight.

   It’s the fact that they have dug up the light coloured ground to do the job then replaced it (laziness, cheaper??) with black tarmac or whatever it is.

   Therefore looking well shit.
