   This is a Halloween of Kawasaki (town between Tokyo and Yokohama) parade. Because Halloween is a too unfamiliar custom in Japan, such an event is unusual. It is a mere costume parade as thought by you. However, even here is unusual a real, big one in Japan as the costume parade.
