They work on 3 movies simultaniously because it takes about 3 years to make one of their films. It’s not like everyone works on one movie until its complete and then they move that same crew on to the next. Otherwise you would only ever get to see one movie every 3 years.

O Google deve ser nesse estilo!
Assim, as pessoas produzem por mais tempo, e melhor!
As empresas brasileiras poderiam pensar mais nisso. Mas aqui só se pensa em ganhar dinheiro, com o mínimo de custo. E por aqui, tudo é custo, e não investimento!
