public health service. why dont we say the same thing bout people who are obese. they are more likely to have diabetes so they spend more of public money. same thing should be applied to people who sunbarh a lot coz of the skin cancer, people who do a lot of sports coz of high risk of injuries and i do belive all the drivers may cause potentialy a lot of accidents. its just not right way of thinkng.

one thing is to make people aware of the risk theyre facing. the other is taking some libery from us. on every pack of cigarettes u may find a note telling you it is bad for you. we smokers are fully aware of that. you really dont need to educate us more on that.
