She is Krissy Marie and she won the title of Miss Hooters Wisconsin 2007 and 2008 (not sure if it means 2 years or just 1!). She looks amazingly hot sophisticated and I think we should be seeing more of her (hopefully) on magazines like Stuff and Maxim! Check her out list of achievements.
