Its hardly my fault that they are poor, stupid or unemployed. One fat woman was constantly complaining that the elevator was broken and she had to walk up the stairs to her apartment. Another one kept saying the people next door had a gun problem. Why do they always have money for cheap wine and cigarettes but never remember to pay their rents on time?
