How can these flooded / cover in mud Tanks can be saved ? Such a waste of money….

Luigi, it’s obvious that you have never experianced an M88 tank recovery vehicle.
Google it and compare the sheer size of it with a standard battle tank.
It might take two of them but they get the tanks out of the mud.
As far as a waste of money…
…as long as Man exists on the planet we’ll need to spend money on such things;
unless you wish to become subservient or dead at the hands of those who would do such things to you.
