The last time I was in a hospital, they had to remove a couple of aliens nested in the pit of my arm. Not that it was the most uncomfortable operation in the world, it was just that the doctor could hardly past the blubber of the lab techs and nurses around the table to do his work properly. In the end I ended up with an extra arm pit and twice as many aliens than I walked in with. Such is the life in modern day practices of surgery. At least I got ice cream after I was in the recovery room.
