All I remember is that Russia didn't offer any good social dental programs aside from replacing existing ones with the teeth from dead horses. We left for the New World before the damned bolsheviks wrecked the place. Somewhere up in the attick we still have a plaque from the Tsar honoring the Guestovich family.
