  The ability of modern medicine to surgically enhance those with flat chests, low self esteem, a need for attention, a desire to spin on a pole, or just those that like the view in the mirror better is truly amazing. How dare you say that the advancements in modern medicine isn’t a blessing!

I cant wait for modern medicine to bless us with men with larger penises and a half a brain! Men are such idiots…you don’t care if your women are half-plastic…why not just date a blow-up doll…they are made of the same material.

  Some men don’t mind the fake boobs…i have always been a fan of the natural look. Some of the ladies in the post have natural boobs of pushup bras going…technology in bras have also created a false sense of big breasts out there
