I thought catching a cab was tough in NYC, but it might be tougher picking up a horse drawn hatch back shell on top of a wooden cart.  Either this is a very poor man or he is the wealthiest man in his village.  The rest of the folks in his village might have a wooden cart with three wheels pulled by a large rat.  That is probably why the guy driving is smiling…he is like the Bill Gates of Shit Town.
