For those of us in the US Louise Redknapp is probably an unknown, but across the pond she is huge. The 34 year old was a member of the group Eternal before going solo and dropping the Redknapp to be known as simply Louise. She married footballer (soccer player for us in the states) Jamie Redknapp and was voted the sexiest women of the decade in the June 2004 issue of FHM. No I am not sure how the voting worked given that the decade in question is still going on, but I guess they felt she had proven herself enough already and deserved the fictitious award.
