Since I have gotten back o the gym after recovering from rotator cuff surgery I find myself making excuses why I don’t need to lift. With the shoulder still not 100% all of my weights are way down and I really don’t want to start over again – I guess at 34 the urge to throw metal plates around with college guys isn’t there. I have seen this commercial a few times and it really seems to beat the hell out of you in a whole new way. I think I just need a change from my routine and for the cost of a month at the gym why not give it a shot? The P90X Extreme Home Fitness with Tony Horton comes with 13 DVDs, workout poster, nutrition guide, and more. Plus the fact that I can now get a pullup bar (P90X Chin-Up Bar)that I don’t have t screw in will make the wife happy. I don’t think she would like me trilling hole in the door frame.
