You thought changing a tire on your car on the side of a highway was tough try getting a jack for a stage coach.  I would do what  I do when it comes to cars.  I would get out stare at the thing, nod my head a bit, and say something about not having the right tool to fix it.  After that I press that OnStar button and wait for someone else to come and fix it.
