Elizabeth Jean Philipps, better known as Busy Philipps, is a 30 year old American actress currently making a nice name for herself on Cougar Town.  She is no stranger to television series as she has starred on Freaks and Geeks and Dawson’s Creek.  She has also appeared in a long list of feature films including Made of Honor, White Chicks, and He’s Just Not That Into You.
