That first one was the Mexican goalkeeper on the 1994 World Cup team. He used to be a forward but they put him in net because he was their most talented (and craziest) player, despite him being only 5′ 9″.
The two track athletes’ outfits (Australian Cathy Freeman, and the steroid-junkie American) were made for speed, not fashion. People can still buy them on sports sites, though anyone but a competing sprinter looks ridiculous in it.
