well we should show some respect to them it is really hard earned fitness but i think it is more than enough for some of the ladies out there ladies have almost double fat then men which they should keep for further future like having children etc exercise reduces fat which is not good for them..they look like men though some of the pics are really great and gorgeous looking..but it has bad effect on their body

i like muscle tone as long as they are not super ripped with veins everywhere. 3,7, 13, 23, and the last one are the best.
