Use Tineye on the pictures and you will find that many of them are actual photos that have had “brushed” worked over them to make them seem slightly drawn. Sorry to burst your bubble.
There are though, some artists who work in ultra-realism that work from scratch to create incredibly realistic works.

I think that last one is a photo. The others can pass for paintings but she just looks too good to be painted.
i dont usually say it but im calling bullshit on this one. some of those are obviously photoshop or illustrator masked over pictures. too lifelike.

Why aren’t you crediting the artists who created these? You get some nice eye candy to boost your SEO, the least you can do is provide links to the folks you’re ripping off. Take a look at Smashing Magazine to see how it’s supposed to be done. Link bait with some class, at least.
if I knew where they came from I would give props. Problem is these images are spread out across message boards all over the world with no credit and they failed to watermark them with their links. If anyone is aware of an artist or link please post.

most photos are just photos badly transformed in photoshop! anyway, that’s not impressive. that’s only a craft, not a an artism.
