Rosario Dawson was discovered sitting on the front steps of her New York apartment and cast in the controversial 1995 movie Kids.  She has appeared in huge hits and massive failures, but she always looks good doing it!  She has starred in Men In Black II, Sin City, He Got Game, Rent, and also the amazing The Adventures of Pluto Nash and Josie and the Pussycats.  The soon to be 30 year old star is still busy with several movies in production.
