Apparently the Yakuza river in Moscow was somehow swamped with a fire fighting foam that created a wall of foam seen in the pictures below. I guess trying to put out a river with fire foam isn’t the best idea. Kind of looks like what happens with you put regular dish soap into a dishwasher.
